USBP: Paisas gang member arrested in Calexico

OCOTILLO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - Border Patrol agents arrested a previously deported Paisas gang member on Monday afternoon.

U.S. Border Patrol said the incident happened around 12:30 p.m. Agents saw a man illegally entering about 22 miles west of the Calexico Port of Entry. After taking him into the processing center, they discovered he was a Paisas gang member who had an extensive criminal history.

Agents said the undocumented immigrant will be processed accordingly by Border Patrol.
