More clouds & chance for rain showers on Tuesday

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY-TV) - Today we will have quiet weather until our Tuesday.

A weather system is passing North and it will bring more moisture and cloudiness within our area.

For Tuesday we will increase in clouds with greater chances for rain showers mainly looking for Southeastern California.

Temperatures will continue to be warmer than normal through Tuesday and by later this week another warming trend will take for the weekend.

The current storm system will also bring the Desert Southwest breezy to windy conditions.

A Wind Advisory has been issued for portions of Southeastern California that will go into effect from noon to 7 p.m. (PST) for strong southwestern winds with highest gusts up to 45 MPH.

Another weather system may deliver another shot of rain this weekend and into early next week.
