Dancing for a Dream winners
IMPERIAL COUNTY, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - The non-profit charity event "Dancing for a Dream" is still adding up how much money they raised from their 7th annual charity event.
The winners of the competition on Friday night were Melvin and Betty Wong.
They represented 18-year-old Israel and his family.
They won the judges and guests over with their amazing performance.
This charity event is to help raise money for six local families whose children are battling cancer.
Six local couples represent each family and all have been working hard for months.
Each of the families received the funds raised to help compensate for their medical needs.
