Fox 9 and Telemundo 3 backpack giveaway
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Fox 9, Telemundo 3, and Karnas Law Firm gave back to the community on Thursday.
Local kids received a free backpack with school supplies during the drive-thru event at Karnas Law offices.
The goal was to help local families on their way back to school.
"The firm, us, we just want to help out and we feel good about that. This is the community we serve and we like every opportunity we got to get back," said Karnas Law Firm Marketing Director Cathy Herrera.
100 backpacks were given away during Thursday's event.
