Thieves break into multiple cars in one Yuma neighborhood

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A couple of thieves go on a spree all across one Yuma neighborhood.

Now, homeowners are on edge after the suspects got away with weapons.

These late-night shenanigans all caught on several homeowners surveillance video.

Homeowners I’ve talked to say this has happened more than once.

This clear image, from surveillance footage, shows a person in a gray hoodie with glasses on and wearing a black mask.

This all going down in the Ocotillo Desert subdivision near 32nd Street and Avenue 6E.

Several homeowners catching the suspects on home security cameras.

The pair is seen breaking into vehicles and grabbing whatever they can find.

One homeowner I spoke with said the duo is armed and dangerous.

You can see the pair getting inside this black truck and walking away with a handgun; possibly three handguns according to the owner of the vehicle.

They continued the spree. Here you can see them making entry into two honda vehicles, digging through the cars, and walking away with anything they could find.

there is an open investigation with the Yuma Police Department but as of right now the pair are still at large tonight.
