FIRST ALERT FORECAST: Temps to remain around 110 degree mark

Strong winds are also likely to increase throughout Yuma as temperatures remain cooler compared to last week

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Temperatures will remain cooler around the Desert Southwest compared to last week, as winds are also expected to pick up towards the 20 mph mark throughout Yuma County.

Meanwhile in the Imperial Valley, conditions will remain hot as well, with much less wind expected over the next week.
