Elon Musk sets aside $46B to buy Twitter

(KYMA, KECY/CNN) - CEO of Tesla Elon Musk says he is ready to buy Twitter and has set aside $46 billion for the website.

Musk offered to buy Twitter recently but the Board of Directors don't appear to be interested.

The directors later announced a 'poison pill' move to make it difficult for the CEO to buy the company.
