President Biden meets with world leaders to talk about Ukraine
(KYMA, KECY/CBS) - President Joe Biden talked to other world leaders to discuss Ukraine as Russia continues its assault.
A government building in Ukraine received a large hole during an attack by Russia, which authorities say killed at least seven people.
One Russian leader said the country is willing to reduce military activity near Kyiv but that decision is spreading doubts in U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
The United Nations says more than 1,000 civilians have already been killed in Ukraine and millions have fled the country.
