Entrepreneurs create group to increase business success in Yuma

The Yuma Entrepreneur Show (YES) is a group that aims to promote the stories of entrepreneurs in the Yuma area and help explore the Yuma community of the services that are provided to Yumans.

It was created as a support and mentorship group with the goal of giving back locally.

“We want to shut down the voices that say there are no entrepreneurs in Yuma … you won’t get anywhere in Yuma…” said Ada Arvizo, member and co-founder of Yuma Entrepreneur Show.

They want to dispel the stigma that one has to live in a large metropolitan area in order to gain success as a business person or entrepreneur. They believe that there are passionate and ambitious people right here in Yuma.

They offer networking mixers every month as well as events, informational videos, and resources for entrepreneurs of all backgrounds and skill levels. Membership is free.

“There are things that everybody does better than anyone else, whether it’s in relationships, health, fitness,” said member and co-founder Cesar Delgadillo. “We all bring something to the table.”
