Sen. Martha McSally to visit Yuma Wednesday
Sen. Martha McSally will be visiting Yuma Wednesday and will tour the U.S- Mexico border area where 376 migrants tunneled under border fencing and entered the United States last week.
According to officials with Sen. McSally’s office, Yuma County Sheriff Leon Wilmot will lead the tour where the entry happened.
McSally is expected to hold a roundtable with Yuma water leaders to discuss the Drought Contingency Plan. She will also meet with agriculture leaders to discuss the Food and Drug Administration’s response to the 2018 E. coli outbreak.
