Charges dropped against Yuma Marine

The Yuma Marine that was arrested Tuesday in relation to a fight that erupted among several people in a downtown Yuma parking lot will be released from jail Thursday evening.

William Baldwin made his initial appearance in Yuma Justice Court Thursday where he was told no formal complaint was filed. This means he is not facing any charges at this time.

A follow up was requested in this case.
