Accused restaurant robber makes second court appearance

The man accused of robbing a restaurant in Yuma made his second court appearance this afternoon. 38-year-old Ricky Spencer is facing felony charges including aggravated assault and armed robbery. At Friday’s hearing, the owner of the restaurant was present to represent the victim who is one of his employees. The judge states that he will continue with the initial standard conditions of release and will also continue with the previously set bond of $200,000.
