Calexico police in search of suspect for public indecency

The Calexico Police Department has been dealing with exposure cases recently and just this month two different incidents

CALEXICO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - The Calexico Police Department recently arrested a man who exposed himself, and just yesterday another suspect is still on the run.

On November 8, the Calexico police received a call of a suspect exposing himself outside his residents.

The suspect is Laureano Cordova, 47 years old and is a resident of Calexico.

Calexico police say one witness said the suspect who was naked appeared to be masturbating and blew her a kiss.

“He was taking into custody he was identified, in a infield lineup and investigation revealed that he was actually on probation for similar acts so we contacted the probation and he was arrested on violation on probation charge,” said Shawn Acuna, field sergeant of Calexico Police Department.

Just yesterday police received a call from a suspect who they say exposed himself to a Jack in the Box drive-thru employee.

Calexico Police say the man ordered his food Monday and when he arrived, the cashier noticed he was masturbating.

"The cashier observed the male driver exposing himself... she attempted to confront him and ask him what was going on, The driver grabbed his food and fled the scene," said Officer Torres.

Police say the man appears to be in his 20s and was driving a dark truck.
