Migrant with previous conviction arrested by Border Patrol agents

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A social media post from U.S. Border Patrol Yuma Sector stated that a migrant with a previous conviction was arrested.

35-year-old Marco Julio Bran was found near the Andrade, California Port of Entry attempting to illegally enter the United States.

He was taken in for processing when record checks showed his previous conviction of lewd acts with a minor.

Bran will be facing prosecution and may face additional prison time.
