Agents rescue woman stuck in Colorado River

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Yuma Sector Border Patrol says a migrant was rescued who was attempting to cross into the United States through the Colorado River.

On Thursday morning, a migrant was found on river's west side in Yuma and fell through some reeds.

Border, Search, Trauma and Rescue (BORSTAR) agents were able to safely take the migrant to shore who was then treated for minor scrapes and later taken in for processing.
