NEW VIDEO: Tucson man saved from flash flooding
Monday’s storm caused problems for people all across Southern Arizona, including leaving many stranded by flash flooding.
In Tucson, the high waters came rushing in so fast, one man wound up stranded on the hood of his truck.
He had no choice but to wait for firefighters to figure out how to save him.
Minutes later rescuers used the ladder truck to reach the man. He seemed more than happy to scramble to safety.
