YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A strong upper level system invading the West Coast, is already effecting our area with an increase in winds and cooler temperatures.

The Imperial Valley is under a Wind Advisory until 5 am Friday morning, with consistent winds that could range from 20 to 30 miles per hour from the West.

The National Weather Service has already clocked wind gusts in the Imperial Valley in the range of 35 to 46 miles per hour.
