The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory, west winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
are expected.
The wind advisory affects areas in the Southwest corner of Imperial County from noon today to 7 PM PST this evening.
Also, Expect to be in the low-mid 70s throughout the day and dip into the 50s for overnight lows in Yuma. Humidity will be below 30 percent with winds from traveling from the southwest at 10 to 15 mph. Sunset will set at 4:33 pm MST.
In the valley, also expect a sunny Monday with temperatures around the mid-high 70s. A much cooler atmosphere in the evening as temperatures will drop to the mid-40s for overnight lows.
Humidity in the valley will be below 40 percent with winds traveling west at 10 to 15 mph. Winds could occasionally gust over 40 mph. Sunset will set at 4:36 pm.
Expect showers around Thursday evening.
