New plan to take effect will be slowing mail delivery

(KYMA,KECY/CBS) - According to this CBS consumer segment, we learn that the U.S. Postmaster General is slowing down deliveries and increasing prices.

This is an effort to balance the postal service budget.

Some people are already experiencing an inconvenience in their deliveries.
