Arizona Western to host winter basketball camp January 2nd and 3rd

YUMA, Ariz., (KYMA, KECY) - For a little New Year's gift, the Arizona Western College men's basketball team will be hosting the annual Chapman Automotive Winter Basketball Camp for boys and girls.

The camp will take place from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at The House gymnasium on both January 2nd and January 3rd for kids in grades k-12.

The Matadors coaching staff and players will help teach the fundamentals of basketball, including shooting, ball handling, footwork, defense and much more for two packed days of Matador hoops fun.

Appropriate athletic attire for basketball is expected

The cost of the camp is $75. Since the deadline for the pre-registration forms has passed, bring the registration form and payment to The House Gym on January 2 at the start of the camp.
