The 80s will persist all week long

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY-TV) - A low-pressure system across northern Mexico through early Wednesday will bring little to no impact to the Desert Southwest, just keeping our temperatures near average for the next several days.

Winds will be lighter and calmer today, tracking increasing winds by Wednesday for Yuma county areas where winds could gust as high as 20-25 MPH.

The rest of the week will see dry conditions along with continued near-normal temperatures.

Even cooler temperatures is expected Sunday into Monday taking us into the 70s.
