YFD extinguish bedroom fire in Yuma, possible arsonist arrested

Investigations lead to a possible arsonist

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Yuma Police Department and Yuma Fire Department responded to a possible arson on Thursday morning.

At about 9:34 a.m., officers arrived on S. Madison Avenue after firefighters extinguished a fire that started in a bedroom.

Isaac Meza, 21, was arrested on charges in reference to arson and no injuries were reported.
