Typical Arizona Thanksgiving dinner for 10 is a little more expensive this year

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The typical Arizona Thanksgiving dinner for 10 is a little more expensive this year, according to the Arizona Farming Bureau.

This year, it costs $53.38 and last it costed $51.89 with a 16-pound turkey being about a dollar extra this year.

A couple of locals share that they go to bulk stores, like Sam's Club, to save some money.

"Two dollars off per, so I bought two of them so I saved like four bucks, and that four dollars is going to go to be spent over at Fry's for the things they have on sale," said J.D. Kinnick, a Yuma local.

"That is all the time, that is all the time not just Thanksgiving that is every time we go shopping so that is nothing new," said Rachelle Bealer, another Yuma local.
