American Legion hosts Fourth of July party on Saturday
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - American Legion Post 19 hosted a Fourth of July celebration party in Yuma on Saturday.
The community was invited to the family-friendly event that featured an inflatable water slide, bubble station, hula hoop contest and train rides.
"It's important for us to be a community and to celebrate together and so we wanted to have a little bit of daytime fun," said Karissa Allen, who helped organize the event.
The celebration went from 10:00am to noon.
