New Affordable housing grand opening in El Centro

EL CENTRO, Calif. (KYMA,KECY)- The City of El Centro had a grand opening for new affordable housing.

Jacaranda Gardens is a 96-unit affordable housing and the Mayor of the city says it will help many underserved families.
