Three individuals charged for distributing Fentanyl and meth

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - After their initial court appearance on September 23, three individuals have now been indicted on October 4.

The three individuals are Keivin Crosswell-Cervantes, 28, of Mexico, Carlos Alberto Casto-Ruiz, 27, of Avondale, Arizona, and Alexander Ortega-Islas, 22, of Phoenix, Arizona.

Furthermore, the charges against them include Conspiracy to Distribute Fentanyl and Methamphetamine along with Use or Carry a Firearm during a Drug Trafficking Offense.

Earlier in September, HSI agents arrested three men and seized approximately over 400,000 Fentanyl pills and approximately 25 pounds of methamphetamines.

Also, agents seized an AK-47 style pistol, a Kimber 1911 45 caliber pistol with two magazines, and an FN 45 caliber pistol.
