Arizona Children’s Association celebrating 110 years anniversary

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A local organization will have a great celebration in Yuma this Saturday, October 22 to help local foster children.

The Arizona Children's Association (AZCA) will celebrate its 110th anniversary at Jimmie Dee's of Yuma.

15 percent of all sales will go towards the association's emergency fund.

"AZCA is 110 years old we are the largest and longest child resource center for foster care here in Arizona and 110 is a long time so want to celebrate all the wonderful stuff that we do for our children in Yuma County," AZCA Development Director Kari Tater stated.

The celebration will be on Saturday, October 22 from 3 p.m. through 6 p.m.

Jimmie Dee's is located at 38 West Second Street in Yuma.
