Navy investigating death of seal trainee during “Hell Week”
(KYMA, KECY/ CNN) - The Navy is investigating the death of a Navy Seal trainee after completing "Hell Week" in coronado.
It is reported that 24-year-old Kyle Mullen died Friday. A second trainee was hospitalized, as well.
In a statement, Naval Special Warfare Command said the death is under investigation.
Navy officials say the two seal candidates were taken to the hospital several hours after successfully completing their basic underwater demolition class.
