Navajo Nation thanks Sean Penn for donating resources
Navajo Nation is among hardest-hit in the US
NAZLINI, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Navajo Nation President, Jonathan Nez took to Twitter, expressing his thanks to Actor Sean Penn's donations amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Jonathan Nez announced Penn's actions on May 1, saying the donated resources will help increase testing strengthen the Nation's battle against coronavirus.

Sean Penn visited the Navajo Nation with his organization Core Response, a network of doctors, emergency workers, and government officials formed to take immediate action when necessary.
