Arizona firefighter among those killed in Australian air tanker crash
BUCKEYE, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - One of three American firefighters killed in an air tanker crash in Australia is from Arizona.
Azfamily.com identifies 42-year-old First Officer Clyde Hudson of Buckeye as among those lost in the crash.
Hudson graduated from the Naval Academy in 1999. He spent the next 20-years in the U.S. Marine Corps. He's survived by his wife, Noreen.
He and two other Americans died last Wednesday when a C-130 Hercules crashed during a firebombing mission in New South Wales.
The two other firefighters have been identified as Capt. Ian McBeth from Great Falls, Montana, and Flight Engineer Rick DeMorgan, Jr. from Navarre, Florida
