Discovering Dreadywerx: A local young entrepreneur hopes to inspire local talent

Ritchie Arviso is a young local entrepreneur in Yuma who has worked his way up the ladder to make a name for himself in the world of customizing cars.

At the age of 12 years old, he discovered his love and passion for customizing cars and made it a goal to own his own shop.

Now, 10 years later he has achieved that goal and more. The entrepreneur has even been featured on Velocity Network's show, "Junkyard Empire" with Andy Cohen.

Arviso shares his journey and how he hopes to influence young talent in the community to continue to follow their dreams.
