Interstate 8 opens after crash

Traffic is flowing smoothly again, but earlier in the day a crash shut down the westbound lanes of Interstate 8 near Avenue 3E.

The accident happened just before two Wednesday afternoon. Witnesses say two cars were involved.

It appears both rolled after leaving the roadway.

At this point we have no information on the condition on those inside the cars.
