Crime Alert: AzDPS Goes MOPAR

ARIZONA (KYMA, KSWT). The Arizona Department of Public Safety has just acquired four fully equipped Dodge Chargers. Although, it’s still unknown which package of the Charger the troopers will be driving. But, if it’s anything like the Interceptor package found on other law enforcement vehicles, it will be packed with serious horsepower. DPS announced the purchase of four Chargers which will be assigned to different district’s throughout the state.

According to DPS the vehicles will be fully marked and fully equipped. Expect to see them in a rear view mirror near you come January 2020.
