NEW VIDEO: Tornado causes damage in southern Arizona
A tornado causes significant damage in south central Arizona.
The twister hit Willcox Monday night.
It ripped a mobile home right out of its foundation. It tore a roof off another building.
Residents say they didn’t even know what hit them.
Farther west in Tucson, fierce gusts toppled a tree onto the side of a house.
Tornados are more common in Arizona than you might think. The state averages about five a year. However, they’re rarely strong enough to cause significant damage.
