DEVELOPING: Severe thunderstorms hit Phoenix area
A series of severe thunderstorms are moving through Phoenix tonight.
Thousands are without power.
High winds, rain, and even hail have been reported.
The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Maricopa county around 7 p.m., and warned of localized flooding.
AZfamily.com reports some 2,000 APS customers are currently without power.
