Border Patrol agents pull illegal immigrants from All-American Canal
El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents saved three illegal immigrants from drowning in the All-American Canal near Calexico .
Agents say they heard calls for help just before five Wednesday afternoon.
They discovered three men in the water struggling to get to the canal bank. Agents then used water rescue devices to pull them to safety.
All the men refused medical attention. Agents say they seemed exhausted but unhurt.
The Border Patrol confirms the men were in the country illegally. Agents arrested them and sent them to the El Centro station for processing.
