3-year-old girl in Gilbert dies after being left in car
A young girl has died in Gilbert, Arizona after being left in a car for hours on Tuesday.
The Gilbert Police Department said officers and firefighters responded to a home at 12:09 p.m. where the vehicle was located.
P olice confirmed a 3-year-old girl was left in the vehicle for two to three hours.
CPR and other life saving measures were performed, and the child later died in the hospital.
The incident is under investigation.
