YPD warn residents of new level 2 sex offender

Yuma police are informing the public of a new level 2 sex offender now residing in Yuma.

42-year-old Jerry Wayne Chapman is now living at the 200 block of South 6th Avenue in Yuma.

He is described as 5 feet, 9 inches, 185 pounds, with brown hair, and hazel eyes.

Chapman pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual exploitation on August 14, 2015. He is at a medium risk to re-offend.
