Supreme Court OKs President Trump’s military transgender ban
The Supreme Court has voted to allow President Donald Trump’s transgender military ban to go into effect Tuesday.
The decision comes after President Trump tweeted the government wouldn’t allow “transgender individuals to serve in any capacity in the U.S. Military,” in July 2017.
The Supreme Court’s decision allows the ban to be enforced while the appeals court process takes place.
