Cops hand out turkeys instead of tickets

Officers targeted minor violations, including tinted windows, slightly speeding and broken lights.
All the traffic stops started out the same as the officer asking for the driver’s license and registration. Once the driver’s information was cleared, the officer would call for back up, which was a patrol car full of frozen birds and gift cards.
