Local businesses affected by criminal damages

In the early hours of Sunday morning, the Yuma Police Department received multiple reports of damage to about a dozen local businesses.

The businesses were near the central part of the city from about the 1500 block of 5th Avenue to the 2800 block of 4th Avenue.

These reports all involved a rock that was thrown through windows of the business.

The Yuma Police Department believes that there may be unreported incidents and they encourage anyone who may be a victim to report it to them.
