Man charged with attempted first-degree murder appears in court

The man facing charges of attempted first-degree murder after a shooting that left two people wounded on May 23rd appeared in court Friday morning.

26-year-old Armando Montano Jr.’s lawyer asked to vacate conditions of release and asked for a final case management meeting.

Montano will appear in court on September 5th for both a final management confere nce and status hearing.
