The ‘Yuma Fresh Vegetable Association’ makes donation to local area

The Yuma Fresh Vegetable Association is excited to announce their donations to local Yuma programs and schools.

The YFVA donated 55,000 dollars to the Yuma County Ag Producers Scholarship as well as 15,000 dollars to the Go AG program. This is a program that aims to educate youth about the career opportunities in agriculture.

In addition, they also donated 500 dollars to Cibola, Yuma High, Gila Ridge and Yuma Catholic FFA programs as well as Yuma County 4-H, for their participation in the Harvest Dinner.
