Convicted sex offender has new address in Yuma County

The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office would like to notify the community that 36-year-old Gerald Nathan Hastings, is now residing at 2315 East 15th Street #4, in Yuma, AZ.

Hastings is described as six-feet tall, 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

On January 25, 2005, Hastings entered into a plea agreement in the Yuma County Superior Court for one count of Attempted Sexual Conduct with a minor and was charged with Molestation of a Child and Sexual Conduct with a Minor, after a police investigation revealed that he had sexual contact with two 14-year old females.

Hastings was sentenced to 1 year in jail and 10 years of intensive probation and is no longer on community supervision.

Hastings is considered a level two sex offender with a medium risk to re-offend.
