Noise level warning ahead of Yuma Airshow

MCAS Yuma officials are warning the public about higher than normal noise levels around the base as Marines prepare for the Yuma Airshow.

The base is scheduled to conduct demonstration practices in preparation for the 2018 Yuma Airshow from Monday, March 12 to Thursday, March 15.

The conduct of demonstration practices prior to execution of aerobatics during an airshow is one of the many ways that airshow personnel prepare to have a safe and exciting show.

During the practices those in the vicinity of MCAS Yuma may experience higher than normal noise levels.
