A ‘Presidents’ Mountain’

A proposal to build a new memorial is honoring presidents with no prior political experience. ‘The Presidents’ Mountain is a project that will honor Dwight D. Eisenhower, Ulysses S. Grant, Herbert Hoover, Zachary Taylor, and Donald J. Trump. The project will exhibit all the faces of the presidents on what is currently Mt. Pilot Knob on Bureau of Land Management. Presidents’ Mountain is not only meant to honor certain presidents but a history lesson on their journey to their presidency. “It’s not about republicans or democrats,” said Ross Shinn, an organizer of the project. “It’s about people who want to serve the people. Everybody from all over the United States come through here, and they can stop by here and learn about American history.” Because this is only a proposal, Robert is requesting leadership and assistance to make this monument a possible reality. The location request is right across the ‘Center of the World’ in Felicity, California, making it the ideal spot to be surrounded by other world and historical monuments.
