Tim Dunn wins Arizona State House seat

Tim Dunn was selected to fill the vacant Arizona State House seat during a Yuma County Board of Supervisors special meeting Monday morning.

The Board of Supervisors gathered Monday to hear the nominees speak about their backgrounds and how they were the best fit for the House seat.

The Republican precinct committee of the Legislative District 13 in Yuma nominated three people to replace former Rep. Don Shooter following his expulsion from his Arizona State House seat on February 1st.

Paul Brierley, Tim Dunn, and Cora Lee Schingnitz were nominated by the precinct committeemen and women last Thursday.
