Local Walmart offers “Scan&Go” feature to shoppers

Who knew shopping could be made “easier” when you’re doing “everything” on your own. The new “Scan & Go” feature allows customers to price scan to payout without having to wait in line or need assistance from an employee. Only 100 stores are testing this new process, with one location in our area on 32nd street in the shopping plaza. Customers have the option to either download the “Scan&Go” application and pay for their items through their mobile device or use only the scanner to check prices and keep a digital shopping list, where you can check out by using a QR code in the Scan & Go area.
