Naked AZ woman sets cat on fire, tries stabbing fire captain

TUCSON, AZ- According to authorities, a naked Tucson woman tried to cook a cat and set the animal on fire. A kitchen blaze started as a result.

Just after 2 a.m. the Tucson Fire Department responded to the 4300 block of East 26th Street. 41-year-old Ebony Hurndon came out with a knife and lunged at the captain’s chest. His coat stopped the blade and the knife didn’t penetrate his skin. He escaped without injuries.

Hurndon stayed in the doorway threatening everyone. TPD used an electric stun gun on her and she was arrested. Fire crews were able to put out the stove fire. The cat did not survive.

Hurndon has been charged with arson of an occupied structure, animal abuse, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
