Yuma County Sheriff’s Office to host Coffee with a Cop Day
The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting a “Coffee with a Cop” event on Wednesday, Oct. 4th, between 6:00 to 9:00 a.m. at the Dunkin Donuts located at 11181 E. South Frontage Road in Foothills.
National Coffee with a Cop Day focuses to encourage communication and positive interactions between law enforcement agencies and the public.
This outreach effort provides opportunities for the community to informally meet officers and discuss community issues. The goal of the event is to also break down barriers while allowing relaxed, one-on-one interactions.
